We stand behind the quality of the Hipacool™ Portable Clip Fan. If you experience an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.
No Return Shipping Required We do not accept physical returns. If you have an issue, simply contact us with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the problem.
Refund Eligibility Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in the following cases:
- The item arrived visibly damaged or defective
- The item was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or use expectations
- Minor cosmetic differences from product photos
- Issues reported after 14 days of delivery
Resolution Options Where a refund is approved, we may offer store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund — at our discretion.
